The menu is a tribute to the beauty of breakfast, with a focus on wholesome, delicious dishes. Popular items include the Breakfast Sandwich on wheat bread with a subtle layer of cream cheese—a unique twist that delights the palate. For something truly indulgent, try the Cinnamon Roll French Toast, a sweet breakfast treat that, although not capturing the classic cinnamon roll flavor, offers a fluffy and satisfying experience. However, don't just take our word for it—customer experiences depict a fairly vibrant picture. Darlene Sanchez particularly appreciated the choice of seatings, highlighting the property's charm and inviting nature.

Came on a Tuesday about 1200, ordered the chilaquiles. They were ok, nothing special. It comes with some meat and although tasty, not the right cut for chilaquiles. My daughter ordered the Half order of French Toast and ok for a smaller person but the full order for adults. Food came out quickly and coffee was refilled regularly. Only downside is there is a single bathroom for the men and one for the women. Decent parking lot, you can sit inside, on the deck or in the backyard.

The breakfast sandwich was extremely underwhelming. It lacked flavor and I was given aged "fresh" fruit on the side. The eggs were not seasoned at all. I tried my husband's chilaquiles and those were amazing. I wish I asked for that instead. The place was extremely packed and understaffed. Overhyped and overpriced in my opinion. We paid $74 for 3 meals and 2 drinks. No thanks.

It was such a good morning weather wise 8/16 to come and try for the first time The Avocado House. I came in and there was about 3 customers in front of me so I looked at the menu pamphlets. Love that it had pictures for the options of plates. I ordered the Breakfast Sandwich on Wheat Bread and Light Cream Cheese. This has been the first time trying a sandwich with cream cheese and it was subtle and good! The bread was soft and the entire sandwich was crafted with quality. The bacon crispy and the Avocado was delicious and sliced neatly. I enjoyed my cup of coffee as I chose to sit outside. A young lady checked on me three times to keep providing service to everyone outside. I definitely want come back and try the pancakes next and most likely will bring a friend. Thank you, for everyone working the kitchen and others interacting with customers. This place has a great homey welcoming vibe.

We had a nice breakfast at Avocado House! We visited on a Saturday morning and encountered a short line outside, but it moved quickly, and we found seating shortly after placing our order. Our group tried the breakfast sandwich, breakfast burrito, country breakfast, and cinnamon roll French toast. While the cinnamon roll French toast didn’t quite capture the classic cinnamon roll flavor, everything was delicious, and the portions were generous. The parking lot layout could be more efficient, but one of the employees came out to help us find a spot, which was appreciated. Overall, it’s a great choice if you’re looking for a brunch spot in the area!

The food is great. I love this place for the different seating options. There's some seating inside, some seating outside on the porch area that wraps around the house and then there's a backyard seating with picnic tables. I had the veggie scramble and my husband had the breakfast platter. It came with pancakes, eggs and sausage. The pancakes are ridiculously delicious.

First time here, despite being right next to it for 6 years!!! Food was IMMACULATE and the service/atmosphere was just beautifully lovely! The pancakes were so, so incredibly fluffy and sweet I was genuinely blown away. The country potatoes were also very nicely seasoned and filling! Honestly super filling I'm not used to American breakfasts so I definitely overestimated my capabilities of finishing this HAHA And all for $20 (less not counting the hot chocolate)!!! Absolutely worth it! Also the staff was so, so friendly and kind wahhhhh they chatted with me and checked on me a lot despite being busy, and helped me pack up my food too afterwards I will give them my left kidney if they ever needed it. Overall a very fulfilling, great experience as my first time there. I will DEFINITELY be back bc I wanna try their omelettes too I want to try many different items on their menu, so I'll be bsck multiple times to eventually try them all!!!

This place was delicious. You could tell it was a local fav because it was full. Food and service were great. Parking is a little tricky in that there's not a ton of it. It's a small place so be prepared for a loud ambiance. Outside on the patio may be better. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.
